Work & case studies.
Selected projects across branding, websites, publishing, and community-led platforms.
I work with clients who care about clarity, cohesion, and longevity - from local organisations to creators building worlds, products, and communities.
This page highlights a small selection of projects that reflect how I think, how I work, and the kinds of challenges I’m most often brought in to solve.
"Great experience working with Chris at Narrative Creative Studios on the book cover and creative content for my recent book. Flexible, friendly, responsive, and constructively challenging. "
Dr David Feavearyear
Tabletop Legends
Community brand & membership platform
The challenge
A new tabletop gaming club needed a clear identity, advertising materials and a digital home that could support membership, events, and long-term community growth - without tipping into something that felt corporate, generic, or disposable.
They needed to look credible to newcomers while still feeling like it has belonged in the community from the get-go.
What I did
-
Developed a brand identity and tone of voice rooted in community, not marketing
-
Designed and structured a website to support events, membership, and growth
-
Shaped the platform around membership-led thinking rather than static pages
-
Created a visual language that could scale without losing personality
The result
A recognisable, flexible brand and platform that supports the club as it grows - clear enough to invite new members in, but grounded enough to feel authentic to its existing community.

-

-
Created supporting materials including business cards that Elizabeth could take to seminars and talks.

Next Steps
If you’re working on something - whether that’s a brand, a website, a publishing project, or a community-led platform - and want to talk through how it might take shape, I’d be happy to have a conversation.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a chance to explore what you’re building and how I might be able to help.
