We love storytelling and bringing people together for shared experiences. Gaming of all kinds has been a passion of ours for many years so we were only too happy to help local game club East Herts Gamers build their club website, design their club identity and help to promote their charity games day event all free of charge. It's a simple but effective site that keeps the group in the know with a calendar of upcoming events.
Now...The Charity Games Day....
In order to build some hype and momentum we produced the below promotional video for placement on socials.
To encourage participation on an individual level we engaged directly with club members we knew were coming to the day - producing a series of 'I'll be there' ads introducing people and their gaming interests.
When the event was done we cut a short event round up piece that went on socials and let people know the fantastic news that over £1100 was raised for Mind The Mental Health Charity.

We really enjoyed the collaboration with East Herts Gamers it was really nice to see a group of likeminded individuals come together for a very worth cause.
