We've been lucky enough to work with some amazing clients and we've found a bit of a niche in the well being space especially with the very talented Chris Nutley from Three Treasures. Chris teaches Tai Chi across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire both in person and online via www.threetreasures.co.uk

I've had the pleasure of working with Chris for several years now he has branched out into the area of well being retreats. His first is in September and is in collaboration with Kay from Vibrance Sound Experiences. The pair will be hosting a Tai Chi and Sound Bath experience that looks soooo relaxing and we had a great time shooting the social media promo for it. Check it out below and if you are interested in the event CLICK HERE for more information..

This article gives a balanced explanation of why BPC-157 timing may depend on lifestyle, routine, and recovery goals. I found the discussion around consistency especially useful because that often gets overlooked. The article also does a good job avoiding overly definitive claims. Instead, it frames timing as part of a broader recovery process. The tone is practical and easy to understand. Definitely an interesting read.
